I am a professional in Clinical and Forensic Psychology, oriented to the accompaniment of people who are going through moments of emotional difficulty, personal crises, bereavement, trauma or situations of special vulnerability.
My approach is based on close, empathetic and respectful listening, creating a safe and confidential space where you can express what you feel, better understand your emotions and develop tools that favor your psychological well-being.
My training in the clinical and forensic field allows me to address each situation considering both the emotional and psychological aspects as well as the personal, family and social context of each person.
I also have experience in crisis intervention and psychological first aid, accompanying people in the face of potentially traumatic events and situations of high emotional impact.
